Bringing a new puppy home is a very exciting time for your family. We are committed to helping you find your new family member. Getting a good start from the beginning is very important, that is why all our breeders are health tested. We want your puppy to be as healthy as possible. While we would love it if your new pup came from us, we are willing to assist you in any way possible. If we do not have a puppy that meets your needs and you do not want to wait for our next litter, we will happily help you find another breeder. We desire to support this lovely breed and help those looking to add a silk dog to their family.
In my humble opinion, there is nothing as sweet as a havanese puppy. They are adorable, funny, and oh so soft and silky. Puppies are such a joy to hold and play with. They are however, also a lot of work. They have to be given lots of attention, with careful consideration to potty needs. They also have to be trained in basic obedience. They will inevitably chew, either on their own toys, or on yours. Silk puppies tend to be less hyper than many breeds and tend to have less chewing needs. However, this does not mean they do not have 'puppy spaz's' or ever chew things. Consider if a small puppy or perhaps a somewhat older puppy or dog would be better for your situation.
Timing and preparation are critical in bringing home your new puppy. Please take the time to evaluate if now is the appropriate time to add a new member to your family. Also consider if a havanese puppy is the right breed for you. While havanese are adorable and very loving they are not for everyone. Havanese adore their people and dearly love to be with you. Since they are a companion breed they do not do well being left alone for long periods of time. They do however love to go with you. They are generally quiet, so traveling with them is quite easy, though they will bark on occasion (some more than others).

We take great pride in the puppies we produce. While we have a limited number of litters, it is our goal that each litter be of the highest quality and we dedicate ourselves to making certain each puppy is loved and nurtured from day one. We use the Super Dog program for early stimulation. They are whelped and raised in the master bedroom until they are old enough to be up and moving around, which is when they move to the 'big kid' room and join us in the living room in an xpen. This is where they stay until they go to their new home. You can expect your new puppy to be very well socialized, having been loved by everyone from children to senior citizens. They will be travel friendly, and started on basic obedience (come/sit/stay), leash training, and potty training. They are certain to be little snuggle bugs!

Because we care about where our puppies will live out their lives, we like to get to know all of our puppy buyers. We want to be not only your source to find a puppy, but also your first line of support throughout your puppies life. All our puppies are sold on a spay/neuter contract unless other arrangements are made in advance. The average price for a Havanese from a reputable breeder is $1500.00 - $2500.00.
